Shop By Present

You can shop by present category by clicking on the links on the left under “Shop by Present”. On clicking on a category, you will be presented with all the products from that group. If you cannot find a particular product, simply email us and we will do our best to try to stock the product for you.

Searching For Products

Type a product name into the search bar. You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that present and/or place the item in your basket. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. If you cannot find a particular product for a category, simply email us and we will do our best to find it for you.

Tell a Friend

You can recommend any of our products to your friends by clicking on the 'Tell a Friend' link on the product pages. In the window that appears, you can provide your name, email and friend's name and email. Type any message for your friend, enter the security code and click "Send". We'll gladly send your message with a link to that recommended page to your friend.

Methods Of Ordering

Find the Perfect Present can only accept orders online, however do feel free to call us at any time if you have any queries.
Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. We currently have the option of paying by debit card/credit card.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Non UK Electron.

Place An Order

Placing an order is simple. Simply navigate our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the item, click the 'add to shopping cart’ button. You'll then be forwarded to our cart page where you can either checkout immediately or continue shopping.

Edit My Order

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Cancel My Order

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.

Returns Policy

We want to offer our customers great products with a service to match. If you are not completely happy with any product that you have purchased then you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

Delivery costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only credit you on safe receipt of the goods. Please return the item to us within 14 days, as we cannot make any refunds, exchanges or credits outside of this period. All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 14 working days from us receiving your order.

None of the above returns policy definitions affect your statutory rights.

Discount Code Redemption

If you have a discount code to use, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. Simply enter the discount code and hit "Submit". You will see the discount deducted from your total amount.

Create An Account

Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "My Account " at the top of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping page. The next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your "cookies" enabled on your computer.

Forgot Username or Password

If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the "My Account " screen and choose "Forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.

Edit Account Information

If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the "My Account" button located at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

View Past Orders

To view your past orders, login to your account and click the link on the welcome page.

Gift Wrap

Many of our products are enhanced by the addition of the personal touch from the sender. However, we realise that this is not always possible so for £2 per product, we will beautifully giftwrap your purchase. Just choose the Gift Wrap option on the product detail page before you purchase your item. You can also send a message and have the package sent straight to the recipient.

Delivery

All our orders are packaged with great care to help ensure your purchase arrives safely and in good time. We use Royal Mail 1st class or 1st class recorded service with a Special Delivery option for urgent items. Large or heavy items are sent by DHL or Parcelforce 48 hour service.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Items sent by First Class post generally take 1 or 2 days, Royal Mail do not guarantee this service. Special Delivery is guaranteed to be the nextday to a UK postcode.

Most orders placed through the website after 4pm will be shipped on the next working day (apart from, flowers & chocolates - see individual cut-off times) . Please note that we do not despatch goods over the weekend so the next working day would be Monday (excluding bank holidays). Personalised orders may take longer - please check the specific lead times on the individual product page.

Certain products such as flowers & chocolates will be sent out directly from trusted third parties. In these cases, we will replicate their own delivery policy in the product description. International Delivery

We are happy to send items worldwide, and will always use a 'tracked' or 'signed for' service. As our products vary in weight, please e-mail info@findtheperfectpresent.com for a delivery quote.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you have subscribed to receive emails from us and you then wish to unsubscribe, we will honour your unsunscribe within seven days. We will never sell or pass your details onto third parties.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
